Our Apiaries

Tucked in a northeast Mesa neighborhood, our Mesa Apiary is typically home to one to three of our hives at any given time.  The surrounding area has an abundance of citrus located in the few remaining groves and in residential yards and common areas.

In the spring, when the orange blossoms are in full bloom, a hive can fill a honey super within a week’s time.  The resulting honey is very light in color, with an amazing flavor.

Definitely a family favorite.

Located on an irrigated acre in Gilbert, this apiary is where we will regularly keep two to four of our hives.  The wide-open spaces and the country vibe is an ideal setting to keep bees.  It is also the location of our honey extraction operation.

The surrounding area offers a diverse mix of small family orchards to large stands of Mesquite and Palo Verde for the bees to forage.  The spring honey from this apiary is another honey light in color with a delicious floral flavor.
